Do you know charcoal fire baking? There are many tea customers curious to know about the Wuyi Rock Tea charcoal fire baking. Many Wuyi Rock tea lover may never saw the process before and even saw from videos, they may still confusing about the process. So, today, we took some photos in our baking room.
It may looks simple from the photo, however, tea baking is not just simply put the baskets on the fires and wait. We have to tase the tea every 1-2 hours to check the colours and tea soup changing of the brewed leaves and we need to turn them each half to one hour. There is not backing book we can copy, they are all the experience from practice.
